The following positions on the board are authorized, but not required under the by laws of WESAC Baseball Inc.

For many years, Ed handled most of the administrative duties. He is still an active member of the board focusing on issues both big and small. Ed has been an elected board member since 1979! and without is many years of active involvement, including after his children left the program, WESAC Baseball would not be the program it is today.

Members at Large, Bill Bowen and Clark Griffith. Members at large are selected for talents they can bring to the program. Bill's involvement with WESAC Baseball is almost as long as Ed's and he has been an elected board member since 1985. Bill coached a youth team under the WESAC name that traveled nationally for participation in prominent tournaments. Bill is also a former player with the University of Minnesota and is a valuable contributor to the skills development of the coaches. Clark Griffith brings both an incredible knowledge base and a passion for the game to the WESAC program. He was involved with the Minnesota Twins during his father's (Calvin) ownership and has learned baseball skills from the best. He is also a very good teacher at WESAC clinics. Clark has been an elected board member since 1998 and has coached since 1996.
