Bryn Mawr Field Maintenance


WESAC has built a few things at Bryn Mawr Meadows (batting cage, home run fence) and the maintenance of those areas is technically not in the Park Board's budget. They do some maintenance, but WESAC likes to keep a good working partnership with the Park and help out in appropriate ways.

There are many small things that can be done, such as removing weeds from the batting cage, doing some raking on the fields or marking the foul lines and batters boxes. It would also be handy to have a regular observer to point out drainage problems or to suggest maintenance tasks like fixing a bench, fence or base anchor.

Since this is kind of an open ended task, it might be advisable to have several volunteers each putting in a hour every other week or so.
