Gopher Baseball


The Minnesota Gophers usually have one of the best baseball teams in the Big Ten. They play outdoors, on campus, is a close setting to watch some big time baseball (more than 20 former Gophers played Major League Baseball in the 1990's, including all star players Dave Winfield, Paul Molitor, Denny Naegle, Dan Wilson, Brent Gates and others).

The Gophers offer a reduced admission price, a place to picnic and even a visit by Goldy the Gopher for WESAC events. This event could be the all program picnic event. The Gopher season ends early, so quick planning and distribution of flyers is a must.
