Kenwood Field Maintenance


Kenwood Park is not used for Park & Rec league games so the field maintenance usually gets left for last. WESAC likes to have a good working partnership with the Park and help out in appropriate ways.

There are many small things that can be done, such as doing some raking on the fields or marking the foul lines and batters boxes. It would also be handy to have a regular observer to point out drainage problems or to suggest maintenance tasks like fixing a bench, fence or base anchor.

Since this is kind of an open ended task, it might be advisable to have several volunteers each putting in a hour every other week or so.
