Metrodome Coordinator and Committee Members


WESAC tries to have one Saturday morning set of T-Ball and Coach Pitch games in the Metrodome each year. Scheduling is subject to the availability of the Metrodome and other factors. If a set of games is scheduled, a coordinator has four responsibilities.

1) Print and distribute flyers to publicize te game.

2) Arrive at the Metrodome one hour before the first game to set up the fields and make other preparations.

3) Act as a voice of authority during the morning in case anything needs to be clarified.

4) Pick up the fields after the games.

The Coordinator can appoint a committee to assist with any of the tasks. One logical division is to have one person set up the fields while another is there at the end to pick up the fields.
