Corporate Donation Solicitor


WESAC Baseball relies on participant fees to cover the basic costs of running the program. New equipment, better facilities and provisions for scholarships are all funded by donations from participants. Our community has been exceptionally generous. Several years ago, WESAC Baseball did a special capital fund raising campaign to build the batting cage in Bryn Mawr Meadows. Again, the community, including program alums, were very generous.

WESAC Baseball is considering going to some of the local businesses and asking for donations in return for sponsorship notices on the web site or perhaps in the registration letters. If you have expertise in fund raising, or connections that could lead to donations, this volunteer opportunity could be for you. WESAC Youth Athletics is also planning a solicitation drive and the baseball solicitations should be coordinated with that effort.
