Baseball Volunteer Opportunity
Telephone Late Registrants


WESAC Baseball sends registration materials through the mail to all of the previous year's participants. There is a deadline for returning these registrations, but that deadline is often missed. Since it is a very difficult task to adjust the number or the make up of the teams after the player draft, it is important to make sure that whoever wants to play actually gets signed up.

This volunteer would call every participant from the previous year who did not file a registration by the deadline. This effort must be a very timely one as registration closes about a week before the player draft. The time commitment is usually under two hours but can run longer if registrations are tardy.
