Walker Peace With Justice Project – Walker Activism Profile

The proposal is to create a Walker Activism Calendar similar to the Walker Arts Calendar that woul be e-mailed to people and posted on the web site. The calendar would have notices of items of interest to the Walker Community in the Peace with Justice Arena.
 
How is a victory defined by your campaign?
 
Publishing the bi-weekly calendar with enough items on it to make it worthwhile. Occasionally have people do things based on seeing it in the calendar.
 
Where is the campaign happening?
 
Via e-,mail and on the web site and Walker bulletin boards.
 
What have been the highlights of your campaign so far?

What is it about the campaign that you (and others) have been excited and inspired about?
 
There is a lot of energy in the Walker community. The more that people know about what is going on, the easier it will be to become involved.
 
Why are you motivated to work on this?
 
It would help to get people involved..
 
What efforts or projects are happening soon in the campaign?
 
None planned. Design the calendar would be first.
 
What things are needed to be done?
 
Design calendar, solicit items for inclusion, publish the results.
