Walker Peace With Justice Project – Walker Activism Profile

The proposal is to create a profile of each Walker member regarding his/her involvement in community volunteerism and activism. There are many Walker members who would like to become more involved in the community and knowing who else might be involved in particular causes might make it easier to get started. This profile would also be a resource to the various groups who might want to make contact with another organization without doing a cold call.
 
How is a victory defined by your campaign?
 
Design a survey form that would find the activities that people actually work on, give money to or would like to work on or give money to. It will also take a pulse of priorities, test the level of actual and potential involvement and the willingness of folks to participate in Walker led initiatives. Victory will also come with the completion of these surveys by 75% of the members.

Telephone and personal interviews, web based survey.

What is it about the campaign that you (and others) have been excited and inspired about?
 
There is a lot of energy in the Walker community. The more that people know about how others are involved, the easier it will be to become involved.
 
Why are you motivated to work on this?
 
It wiuld be fun to get to know everyone better.
 
What efforts or projects are happening soon in the campaign?
 
None planned. Design the survey would be first.
